Currently TFL ULEZ do not allow you to check if you entered the Greater London low emissions zone.
TFL ULEZ unfortunately Profit off your uncertainty.
Many motorists have paid the ULEZ charge because they were simply unsure about whether they crossed the perimeter zone or not.
A significant amount of motorists travelling in and around greater London are paying unrequired fines as they are unsure, so they simply pay the charge rather than face a large fine after 28 days.

Challenge a ULEZ Fine (ULEZ PCN)
If you feel you have been unduely charged a PCN charge notice, we suggest please checking the PCN online to see exactly what contravention occured.
Then call the customer service helpline. Most phone staff simply want you to go online, pay, then go away.
But hopefully you are lucky to find personnel that will help you with your claim. If possible contact the Citizens Advice Bureau or anyone with legal knowledge according to motoring as this can help with winning the contention.
