Mobile roaming charges face an immediate hike if there is a No Deal Brexit, the government has confirmed.

But the Mobile Roaming (EU Exit) Regulations admit these caps will have no legal force if there is no Brexit deal. That means phone giants could see their wholesale costs spiral, making roaming packages unaffordable and forcing them to push up costs, the government warns.
